The controls that steer the whole operation: your standing orders, the queue of orders waiting for the team, what's connected, and the rules nobody overrides.

Standing orders

Pending commands

No orders waiting. Anything you send from “Ask the team” queues here until the team picks it up on its next run.

Integrations

Display state only — no secrets are stored in the OS, ever. “Staged” means the connection is a supervisor setup step away.

House rules

Read-only. These are the supervisor's standing NEVER list — the teams work under them and the OS states them; nobody edits them from a screen.

  • No publishing — the teams stage everything; only the supervisor's word publishes.
  • No spending — no purchase, plan upgrade, or paid tool without the supervisor's word.
  • No account changes — shops, logins, and settings on outside services are the supervisor's hands only.
  • No buyer contact beyond the CS playbooks — and only chargebacks, legal complaints, or threats ever escalate, each with a recommended action attached.
  • No trademarked anything — no brand names, characters, logos, or phrases, in any listing, design, or copy. The sweep runs before creation, not after.
  • No Offsite Ads — traffic is organic (Pinterest + SEO). Etsy keeps its standard fees; that's the whole ad budget.
  • Identity is aixentium — never the supervisor's personal name or face on any shop, listing, or account the team runs.

Source of truth stays with the teams' files in the Etsy operation; this OS is a snapshot window plus a mailbox (decisions and commands flow back on sync). If the snapshot stamp looks old, the operation has moved since the last seed.
